对高校图书馆部室主任角色错位的思考

摘    要:列举了几种高校图书馆部室主任角色错位现象,并分析了其产生的原因,提出了引入竞争机制并实行聘用制,以岗定酬并实行分级管理,实行激励机制,严格考核及聘后管理制度,调整结构并实行层次管理等对策。

Abstract:This paper lists some phenomena of mal-positioning of the role of department directors of university library,analyzes on the causes of these phenomena,and puts forward some countermeasures such as introducing the competition mechanism and carrying out the system of employment under contract,determining the payment according to the post and implementing the graded management,carrying out the motivation mechanism,establishing the strict feed back system and the after-employing management system,and adjusting the structure and carrying out the level management,etc.
