摘    要:提出了采用催化裂化吸收/解吸单塔流程模拟策略,模拟炼油厂催化裂化装置中实际采用的吸收/解吸双塔流程,避免了按照实际双塔流程模拟过程中所不可避免的多股物流循环,使迭代次数和计算时间大大减少,实现了流程的快速模拟,在此基础上,提出了一种新的吸收/解吸单塔流程,其特征为解吸段设置中间再沸器以利用稳定汽油的余热,实现了节能,单塔流程设备简单,操作方便,解吸段压力低,有利于解吸;单塔流程中解吸塔采用单股进料,避免了实际生产过程中该塔双股进料所引起的轴向混合,有利于塔内分离过程的进行。

Abstract:A new single tower flowsheeting strategy for FCCU absorption/desorption unit of practical double tower is proposed in this paper.Avoiding the multiple recycles in double tower simulation,the number of iteration is greatly decreased and rapid flowsheeting is achieved with the new strategy.An integrated,energy effective absorption/desorption flowsheet of single tower is also put forth.A reboiler is added in the middle of the desorption section in order to reuse energy of the stabilized gasoline.The integrated single tower approach is simple and easy to operate.The relatively low operating pressure in desorption section makes desorption easy.The axial merging effect of double feeds to desorption tower in the case of double-tower flowsheet is also dodged so that separation is not disturbed.
