摘    要:异步电动机变频控制系统中,逆变器脉宽调制策略对系统动稳态性能起着重要作用。文章建立了在PCPWM(pulsewidthmodulationwithpartiallyconstantmodulatingwaves)模式逆变器供电下,异步电动机考虑主磁路饱和的变频调速系统非线性模型,仿真了系统的动稳态性能。仿真结果表明PCPWM调制法较SPWM模式,在提高馈电给逆变器的直流电压利用率同时,基本保持空载起动加速时间不变,但显著抑制了变频调速系统的转矩脉动。

Abstract:The strategy of pulse width modulation(PWM) plays an important role in the asynchronous machine control system. The nonlinear model of asynchronous motor variable frequency variable speed system fed by pulse width modulation with partially constant modulating waves(PCPWM) is set up, allowing for the effect of main magnetic circuit saturation. Based on the model, the dynamic performance of the system is simulated. Results indicate that compared with the synchronous PWM(SPWM) pattern, the PCPWM pattern reduces the torque ripple of the motor, keeps almost the same response time and achieves the effective utilization of the DC supply voltage for the inverter.
