无轴承异步电机间接气隙磁场定向控制

摘    要:转矩控制和悬浮力控制之间成功实现解耦是电机稳定悬浮工作的关键。磁场定向控制能实现电机励磁和转矩控制的解耦。简要介绍了基于转矩绕组气隙磁场定向控制的无轴承异步电机的原理,较详细地分析了问接气隙磁场定向控制系统的解耦算法,并应用该算法实现了悬浮和转矩控制的解耦,实验结果表明这种间接气隙磁场定向控制系统的可行性。

Abstract:The decoupling control between electromagnet torque and radial suspension force is the base of the stable operation of bearingless motor. Field oriented control could decouple the flux control and torque control. In the paper, the principle of bearingless motor based on torque windings air-gap field oriented control is introduced. The decoupling algorithm of indirect air-gap field oriented control is analyzed and the decoupling between suspend control and torque control could be fulfilled utilizing the algorithm. The experimental result proves the indirect air-gap field oriented control system feasible.
