组织学习障碍探析

摘    要:提升组织学习力,持续改善组织学习是学习型组织建设的关键。然而,组织学习不是一个平稳、渐进的过程,组织学习的过程往往有跌宕、停滞甚至是倒退的现象。以我们所构建的组织学习模型为基础,通过对组织学习的过程进行情景模拟,笔者对可能阻碍组织学习甚至使组织学习倒退的因素进行了系统分析,认为组织文化的瑕疵;系统思考的缺位;共同愿景的缺陷;组织结构变革的风险;先进技术应用的滞后;领导者的迷思等是阻碍组织学习的主要因素。

Abstract:The key of the construction of learning organization is upgrading the power of organizational learning and ceaselessly improving organizational learning.However,organizational learning is not a calmly forward process,the process ofen waves,stagnates or even reverses.based on our model of organizational learning,the author has a systematic analysis on the factors that set back or even reverse organizational learning by the scenario planning of the organizational learning process.The main factors that set back organizational learning are considered as follows:blemish of organizational culture,absence of system thinking,disfigurement of shared vision,risk of the transformation of organizational structure,lag of the application of advanced technology,myth of the leader,etc.
