| Abstract: | Having a baby relied on a surrogate motherhood is one of the most arguable human assistant reproductive technologies.Arguments focus on the following ethical issues: who is the mother? How to make sure the ethical relationships between parents and children? Does it demean women's dignity or boost women's autonomy and impendence when we treat uterus as a means and businesslize of reproduction? Does surrogacy causes a kind of interclass oppress and exploitation? Should we pay for surrogacy? |
