渗漉法提取黄连中小檗碱的工艺研究

摘    要:目的考察渗漉法提取黄连中小檗碱的主要影响因素。方法通过正交实验法确立试验体系.采用紫外分光光度法测定盐酸小檗碱含量。结果选择不同的提取条件盐酸小檗碱提取率有显著差异。结论最优提取工艺是:粉碎度为最粗粉、溶媒量为12倍、渗漉速度为5mL·min^-1。

Abstract:Objective To study the major influential factors of extraction by percolation method on berberine hydrochloride in Coptis Chinensis Franch.Methods To establish the experiment system by orthogonal experimental design and detemine the content of berberine hydrochloride by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.Results We found that the extraction rate of berberine hydrochloridthe had significant difference under different extraction conditions.Conclusion The optimum extraction process was: the coarsest powder,percolat...
