| 摘 要： | 以过量大黄水浸煎剂胃饲树（Ｔｕｐｏｉａｂｅｌａｎｇｅｒｉｃｈｉｎｅｎｓｉｓ）,实验第８天动物出现与临床脾虚相似的症状,如溏便、纳怠、不爱活动、被毛枯槁、体重下降等。对其肝、十二指肠超微结构的研究表明,脾虚动物相邻肝细胞间紧密连接松弛,十二指肠粘膜上皮吸收细胞微绒毛变短,而在胃饲四君子汤后上述症状减轻而恢复正常。实验证实应用树建立脾虚模型是可行的。

| Abstract: | The tree shrews were given infusodecotion of rhubarb by gastrogavage to induce weakness of spleen(pi Xu).8d later,the animals appeared serious symptoms simulating to clinical"Pi Xu",such as semiliquid stool,lower appetite,inactivity,haggardness of hair,and lower body weight.The ultrastructure of liver and duodenum showed that the tight junction of liver cells bacame relaxed and the microvilii of the duodenal mucous epithelial cells became shorter.The above symptoms abated or disappeared after being administrated "Si Jun Zi Tang".It assumed that the"Pi Xu"animal model may be successful in tree shrew also. |
