摘    要:提出了一种利用超声波在线监测和评价钢板间电阻点焊接质量的方法,该方法采用超声换能器内置于电极技术,在电极焊接过程中,超声波穿透焊接区域,接收的超声波特性受焊接区域温度变化以及局部区域固相到液相变化和凝固等因素影响,文中提取并分析了超声波时延、时延斜率和穿越峰峰值时间间隔等参数对焊接质量的影响。

Abstract:A new ultrasonic method for evaluation or monitor of the resistance spot welding process is introduced. The method is based on electrode built in ultrasonic transducer technology by measuring acoustical signals transmitted through the weld region on line. The transmitted signal is affected by temperature changes in the welded region during solidification and cooling of the melting pool. Parameters of the maximum thermal expansion, the slope of time delay and the range of the TOF are used to evaluate weld quality.
