| 摘 要： | 针对当前企业产品快速开发的需求，提出了面向新产品快速开发的集成逆向工程系统．该系统由四个模块组成：数字化模块、数据管理模块、重建模块和数据应用模块．分析了系统的主要特点，论述了系统各个功能模块的详细设计，以及系统关键技术的实现方法；在此基础上，构建了整个系统的框架．通过一个典型案例，展示了系统在实际工程中的应用．结果表明，集成逆向工程系统对提升企业新产品快速开发的能力和速度具有巨大的潜能．

| Abstract: | To satisfy the need of quick development of products,the concept based on the reverse engineering(RE) technology is introduced in this paper.This system consists of digital prototype,virtual prototype,physical prototype and rapid tooling manufacturing system.Efforts are made to analyze the main characteristics of the system and discuss the detailed design of every function model.Finally a whole framework of the system forms.A typical application shows a great potential of the system to raise the ability of developing new products. |
