| 摘 要： | 高校图书馆在人才培养、文化传承方面发挥着重要作用,甚至被誉为“大学的心脏”,但要真正发挥这种作用,必须努力提高服务水平和质量。本文在怎样提高图书馆为教师的教学科研和学生的综合素质提升的质量方面做了一些探讨。
