| 摘 要： | 以吉林省德惠市乡镇企业实际调查数据为依据,分析了吉林省乡镇企业在发展过程中存在的资金短缺、资金来源单一、人才匮乏、科技创新能力差、过度依赖政府等突出问题,提出了拓展多元化融资渠道、引进人才、加大科研开发投入、选择适宜方式创造乡镇企业规模优势等相应的解决对策。
