摘    要:建立煤焦油粗蒽中蒽含量的毛细管气相色谱测定方法。采用DB-5毛细管柱、氢火焰离子化检测器和程序升温,以氯代苯为溶剂,吩嗪为内标物,用内标法对蒽的舍量进行了测定。结果表明,粗蒽中各组分能很好地分离,并定性出11个组分。该法具有简便、快速、准确、操作简单等特点。所测定的结果有良好的准确度和精密度,样品的回收率为98.43%-100.73%,相对标准偏差为0.111%~0.911%。整个试样分析时间不超过15min,可直接用于产品质量分析与控制,为工厂进行现场分析和操作调节提供了简捷的方法。

Abstract:A method is developed for the determination of anthracene in coal tar crude anthracene by using capillary gas chromatography, which employs a DB-5 capillary column, a flame ionization detector and a programmed heating-up. With chlorobenzene used as the solvent, phenazine as the internal standard, the content of anthracene in crude anthracene is determined by the internal standard method. The results show that every composition in crude anthracene can be well separated, and eleven compounds have actually been identified. The method is simple, fast, accurate and easy to apply, demonstrating high accuracy and precision. The recovery of anthracene in crude anthracene ranges from 98.43% to 100.73%, and the relative standard devia- tions are between 0.111% -0. 911%. The total time needed for sample analysis is no more than 15 min, which suggests that the method is suitable for analyzing and controlling product quality and has provided a convenient approach to on-site analysis and operation regulation.
