| Abstract: | The method of Attribute Hierarchy Model (AHM) is one of the effective methods of synthetically analysis and evaluation to an object. In this thesis, using AHM method, a program for evaluating projects applying National Natural Science Fund is designed. It can make the evaluation more fair and reasonable. Meanwhile, a easy way to solve a complicated problem of unstructured decision making is given. |
