| Abstract: | The 21st century is an information age, science and technology changes with each passing day, new things emerge in an endless stream. And the knowledge, level, skill of the librarians should change along with the development of the times. This paper mainly expounds the necessity of receiving the continuous education by the librarians in the information times, and introduces the contents and forms of developing the continuous education. |
