山西省地下水资源可持续利用的战略对策

从可持续发展的高度，概述了山西省地下水开采现状及超采状况（１９９３年），分析了由于地下水超采引起的地下水位下降、漏斗的扩展和造成的地面沉降等一系列环境水文地质问题。并遵循可持续发展的思想，提出地下水资源可持续利用的战略对策，以促进山西省国民经济的持续发展。

Strategic Countermeasures of Sustainable Utilization of Groundwater Resources in Shanxi

In view of sustainable development,this paper gives a brief acount of groundwater extracting and overextracting (in 1993) situation in Shanxi Province,analyses a series of environmental and hydrogeological problems such as the drop of groundwater level,the expandation of the funnel,and the subsidence of groundwater, etc.caused by the extraction of groundwater.And following the thought of sustainable development,this paper puts forward some strategic countermeasures of utilizing groundwater resources sustainably in order to promote sustainable development of Shanxi's national economy.
