At present, the special fund management of the National demonstrative vocational colleges, have some differences in plan, procedure and efficiency. In order to use the special fund reasonably, Nanning Vocational and Technical College has studied and analyzed its whole procedure of budget, risk, management, control, check and so on, and has set up a dynamic and reasonable management system.
