摘    要:将双向窄脉冲与DBD放电有机的结合,利用其在气液两相中放电产生的冷等离子体对大肠杆菌的灭活进行研究,探讨了影响杀菌效果的相关因素及系统的杀菌机理.研究表明:系统中曝入气体量对大肠杆菌灭活率的影响很大;大肠杆菌的灭活率随着脉冲频率的增大而增大;与系统中加入碳酸钠相比,加入硫酸铁对大肠杆菌有着更好的灭活效果.

Abstract:Combining the bipolar pulsed with dielectric barrier discharge in water-air mixture can generate the non-thermal plasma. This non-thermal plasma was used to inactivate the Escherichia coli. It was showed that the gas flow rate impacted the inactivation efficiency of the Escherichia coli greatly. The higher frequency was, the higher inactivation efficiency of the Escherichia coli got. Comparing with adding Carbanion into the system, the ferrous sulfate added into the system can achieve the higher inactivation efficiency. Preliminary analysis of inactivation mechanism of the E. coli was discussed in this paper.
