| 摘 要： | 本文运用文献法、逻辑分析法,旨在辩证的分析在社会转型时期,我国竞技体育可持续发展中面临的问题,探讨竞技体育可持续发展的途径。文章试从以下几个方面探讨我国竞技体育的可持续发展:1)竞技体育管理体制的可持续发展;2)竞技体育后备人才的可持续发展,包括:①竞技体育后备人才竞技能力和竞技潜力的可持续发展;②竞技体育后备人才科学文化素养和健全人格的可持续发展。建议如下:1)明确我国目前竞技体育体制的管理主体,对症下药,责权明确;2)用可持续发展的眼光看待竞技体育发展问题,把长期目标和短期目标相结合,合理、健康的开发竞技体育资源;3)辩证的看待竞技体育举国体制与竞技体育市场化以及体教结合的问题。
