| Abstract: | in the light of the two problems of the higher outflow rate of the personnel and the shortage of the higher-level managerial talents possessing the international sight and understanding the Chinese national conditions existing in the human resource management of Chinese restaurant enterprise, this paper analyzes on the causes of the two problems, and puts forward corresponding solving schemes. |
