摘    要:该文利用三自由度高速陀螺模拟装置来模拟弹丸的角运动,开发了基于虚拟仪器技术的测控系统,建立了弹丸角运动仿真系统,能够同时对高速陀螺模拟装置3个转轴转速进行实时测量和控制,自转角速度最高可达24000r/min,实现了对弹丸角运动的实时物理仿真,为再现弹载机构运动规律,研究弹道环境对弹载机构的受力和运动规律的影响提供了重要的实验手段,并已在多种引信系统设计和故障分析中得到了成功应用。

Abstract:A simulator system for angle movement of projectile is built, which uses high angle velocity gyro with three degrees of freedom to simulate the angle movement of projectile. The measurement and control system based on virtual instrument technology is developed to measure and control the three shafts of this simulator real-time simuhaneously. The maximum spin velocity can reach 24 000 r/m . The real-time physical simulation of the angle movement of projectile is achieved, which provides an important test means for studies on the influence of ballistic environment to movement of the mechanism in projectile and the forces acting on it. This simulator is applied successfully in several cases of the system design and fault analysis of fuze system.
