| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料和问卷调查法,从育人能力、教学能力、学习能力、研究能力、创新能力和审美能力6个方面对新形势下中学体育教师能力现状进行了分析,提出了转变观念,树立健康第一的教学理念;加强自我教育,不断提升自我素质;注重教学与研究相结合,以教研促教学;创新师资培训模式,构建创新教学模式和加快高等院校教育专业课程改革步伐的培养方法和途径。

| Abstract: | The present study is conducted by means of literature review and questionaire. It analyzes the abilities of the P.E. teachers in middle schools,that is,their education ability, teaching ability, learning ability, research ability, innovation ability and appreciation ability.The author proposes the idea of transfering from older conception to the new and establishing the idea of "health first"; Teachers should improve their own overall quality; The emphasis should be placed on the combibation of teaching and research; The model of teacher training should be innovated. |
