| 摘 要： | 现在国内医院门诊流程存在一些不足之处，使患者的大量时间用于穿梭在医院的各个职能科室，而相对就诊时间比较短，严重影响了诊疗效率。本文提出了一种基于Service Oriented Architecture（SOA）的门诊流程改造方案，首先通过“一卡通”系统的使用，优化门诊管理流程，然后将各个相对独立的医疗信息子系统经过基于SOA的架构整合，使得各子系统之间可以协同工作，形成信息共享的有机体系。最后对统计信息加以分析并与改造前相比较，就诊时间降低了60％到70％。

| Abstract: | Now the domestic outpatient service process causes the patients massive time and increases the patients＇ flow in the hospital. This paper proposes a plan reengineering the outpatient service process based on Service Oriented Architecture （SOA）.The independent medical information subsystems will form an organic system by using the SOA architecture. Finally, the time has been reduced 60% to 70%. |
