我国中小企业扶持体系的政府构建

中小企业在我国国民经济发展中发挥着非常巨大的作用，发展中小企业意义重大。与大型企业相比，中小企业存在先天不足的问题，不利于自身的发展。为扶持中小企业发展，我国政府已出台一些优惠政策，今后还应加大扶持力度，合理制定政策措施，协调银行等金融机构、律师事务所和会计师事务所等服务机构、高校及科研机构、其它经济组织等，整合社会资源，采取切实有效的措施构建优质高效的中小企业电子商务扶持体系、营销扶持体系、政策扶持体系、融资扶持体系、法律扶持体系、管理扶持体系、创业扶持体系和人力资源扶持体系，为中小企业提供方便快捷的服务，推动中小企业健康快速成长，促进国民经济长期稳定发展。
