浅析思想库研究的理论视角与方法

思想库已成为国内外公共政策研究的热点领域之一。本文对思想库的基本概念及分类进行了梳理，对思想库研究运用的精英理论、多元主义、国家理论和知识运用理论等基本理论视角进行了比较分析，对思想库研究采用的历史演进、系统环境和政策过程等主要方法进行了比较研究，以期为中国思想库的理论与方法研究及建设实践提供借鉴和参考。

An Analysis on Theoretical Perspective and Methods of Think Tanks Research

Think tanks have become one of the hot issues in the public policy research. This paper systematically sum-marizes the fundamental concept and the classiifcation of think tank. It comparatively studies elite theory, pluralist theory, state theory, and theory on knowledge utilization. And it surveys on the principal analytical methods and its historical evolu-tion, system environment and policy process. This paper provides a good reference for the study of the think tank in China.
