| 摘 要： | 辽宁沿海经济带是振兴东北老工业基地的重要举措，良好的投资环境能吸引外资。本文通过主成分分析法将辽宁省沿海经济带葫芦岛、锦州、盘锦、营口、大连、丹东等6个主要城市的投资环境5项投资环境指标量化25项评价指标进行分析，对辽宁省沿海经济带的投资环境进行了评价，并提出实现辽宁沿海经济带经济发展战略投资环境的对策与建议。

| Abstract: | Liaoning coastal economic belt is a signiifcant method to revitalize the old industrial bases in Northeast Chi-na, and the better investment environment can attract foreign capital. This article analyzed six major cities in the coastal eco-nomic belt in Liaoning Province, Huludao, Jinzhou, Panjin, Yingkou, Dalian and Dandong by principal component analysis by 5 investment environment and 25 quantitative indicators investment environment evaluation, and the coastal economy of Liaoning Province with the investment environment were evaluated. And it evaluated the investment environment, and ifnally probed into the ways to solve these issues. |
