促进互联网信息服务业健康发展的政策思考

本文基于典型案例分析，从行业管理和行业自律两方面探讨了互联网信息服务业治理的新特点，分析了互联网信息服务业的发展现状及前景；基于行业发展存在的问题和面临的挑战，指出对于此类行业竞争应保持有序竞争、适度宽容的态度，进而从政府、企业、行业、用户等多个主体角度提出促进互联网信息服务业健康发展的政策建议。

An Exploration on Promoting Sustainable Development of the Internet Information Industry

Based on typical cases, this paper explores the new features of the Internet information industry administration, from two aspects including governance and industry self-regulation, and analyzes the current situation and prospects of the development of the Internet information industry. Concerning with the challenges and problems existing in the development of industry, the inner competitions should be treated with orderly competition and moderately tolerant attitude. Furthermore, the paper puts forward feasible policy to promote the sustainable development of Internet information industries from multiple perspectives, such as the government, the enterprises, the industry and the users.
