知识资本定量评价模型研究

本文首先界定了知识资本的涵义,并从人力资本、技术资本、组织资本和市场资本四方面构建知识资本;然后系统地介绍了如何对其评价,我们提出了一套定性和定量相结合的知识资本评价指标体系,并利用语义差别隶属度赋值方法把定性指标定量化,采用模糊隶属赋值法将定量指标无量纲处理,同时引入AHP法确定评价指标权重;最后建立了知识资本的定量评价模型。

Research on the Quantitative Evaluation Model of Knowledge Capital

In this paper,the meaning of knowledge capital is defined at first,and a value tree that integrates human capital,technology capital,organizational capital and market capital is described in detail to identify and exploit knowledge capital.Subsequently,the method on how to assess knowledge capital is introduced,which is divided into several steps:constructing the index system of knowledge capital assessment,standardizing index and evaluating weight of every index.The method is based on SE(System Engineering)and AHP(Analysis of Hierarchical Process)approach.Finally,we set up the quantitative evaluation model of knowledge capital.
