福建产竹醋液(竹沥)的组分分析

采用气相色谱 -质谱 (GC -MS)联用技术分析福建建瓯所产竹醋液 (竹沥 )的成分 ,从中鉴定出 46种有机物质 .其中 18种主要成分分别为甲醇 ( 3 .83%)、丙酮 ( 0 .2 1%)、乙酸甲酯 ( 2 .93%)、乙酸 ( 76 .97%)、丙酸甲酯 ( 1.5 0 %)、丙酸 ( 4.47%)、羟基丙酮 ( 0 .45 %)、戊酸 ( 0 .2 9%)、 1-羟基 -丁酮 ( 0 .32 %)、糠醛( 2 95 %)、1- ( 2 -呋喃 ) -乙酮 ( 0 .2 5 %)、苯酚 ( 1.15 %)、丁内酯 ( 0 .97%)、 5 -甲基 - 2 -呋喃 -甲醛( 0 2 9%)、对甲基苯酚 ( 0 .14%)、 2 -甲氧基苯酚 ( 1.13%)、对乙基苯酚 ( 0 .2 8%)、 2 ,6 -二甲氧基苯酚( 0 2 5 %) ,总计面积百分比为 98.38%.

Analysis on bamboo vinegar produced in Fujian

GC-MS was used to seperate and analysis the components of bamboo vinegar (Succus BAMBUSAE) produced in JianOu Fujian, from which 46 kinds of organic compounds has been identified. The result shows that the main 18 components of bamboo vinegar include methanol(3.83%)? acetone(0.21%)? methyl acetate(2.93%)? acetic acid(76.97%)? methyl propionate(1.50%)? propanoic acid(4.47%)? 1-hydroxy-2-propaone(0.45%)? valeric acid(0.29%)? 1-hydroxy-2-butanone(0.32%)? furfural(2.95%)? 1-(2-furanyl)-ethanone(0.25%)? phenol(1.15%)? butyrolactone(0.97%)? 5-methyl-2-furancarboxaldehyde(0.29%)? 4-methyl-phenol(0.14%)? 2-methoxy-phenol(1.13%)? 4-ethyl-phenol(0.28%)? 2,6-dimethoxy-phenol(0.25%), occupies 98.38% of the total apex area.
