摘    要:用波长800 nm,脉宽分别为20 fs,100 fs,1 000 fs高斯型激光脉冲研究熔石英的烧蚀机制,采用一种新的模型来计算烧蚀过程中电子数密度随时间的演化,同时确定了不同情况下材料的烧蚀阈值,并分析了在这个过程中多光子电离,隧道电离及雪崩电离的作用,本文结果与以前研究结果符合得较好.

Abstract:A new method was used to investigate the ablation mechanisms by 20 fs,100 fs,1 000 fs Gaussian laser pulses at a wavelength of 800 nm and the electron evolution was calculated in this paper. By analyzing the theoretical calculations, the ablation thresholds were predicted and the respective roles of multiphoton ionization, tunneling ionization, and avalanche ionization in femtosecond laser-induced damage were also examined. It is found that the present results are in quantitative agreement with the previous studies.
