| Abstract: | Make brief introduction of basic compositions of prepaid system of value storing card type (TM card, IC card, RF card) instrumentation, and probe into cipher safety, data encryption and data verification of the cards in use such that system data is prevented technically from suffering passive and positive attacks effectively. thereupon which a new train of thought shall be offered to application of water meters and data safety of prepaid system. |
