链格孢菌粗毒素的提取方法和稳定性的研究

摘    要:以石油醚、乙酸乙酯、氯仿三种极性不同的溶济对501菌株的菌丝和培养液进行萃取,获取粗毒素,结果表明,501菌株产生的毒素是分泌培养液中的,是胞外毒素,且乙酸乙酯的萃取效果最好,回收率可达92.7%,萃取溶剂pH值对萃取结果没有影响。通过分析贮存时间、温度、pH对粗毒素稳定性的影响,表明贮存时间、温度、pH对毒素稳定性影响很小,有一定的开发价值。

Abstract:The crude toxin was extracted from hypha and culture solution of Isolate 501 through three different polarity solvent: benzinum puncificatum, ethyl acetate and chloroform. The result showed that the toxin secreted by Isolate 501 existed in culture solution and the exacting effect of ethyl acetate with 92.7 percentage of recovery was the best. pH of exacting solvent had no effect on extraction .Analysis of storage time, temperature, pH indicated that they had little impact on the stability of toxin and this means that this kind of toxin has certain development value.
