基于AD603的一种微弱信号宽带放大器设计

摘    要:在通信系统中接收机天线上接收到的一般都是毫伏级的微弱信号,为能够对其进行分析处理,必须进行前置放大.文章设计一种基于运放AD603的微弱信号宽带放大电路作为前置放大电路,仿真表明该前置放大电路稳定可靠、性能优良.

Abstract:The weak signal received by the aerial of receiver in communication systems is usually measured by millivolt.In order to analysis and deal it,the weak signal must be pre-amplified.A kind of weak signal wideband amplifier circuit based on AD603 is designed in this paper as the pre-amplification circuit.The simulation show that the pre-amplification circuit is stable,reliable and excellent in performances.
