建筑地基采空区注浆充填及检测技术

摘    要:概述了我国采空区地表建筑概况,介绍了某矿拟在采空区地表新建住宅楼的基本情况,根据该采空区特点,采取了采空区注浆充填处理。在工程实践的基础上,提出了注浆充填有关技术工艺、参数的确定方法,及注浆效果的检测技术等。本工程的浆液扩散半径达到了10~30m,钻孔间距为10~15m;注浆充填率取0.85,浆液结石率取0.85;外加剂水玻璃的用量为3%~5%。检测结果表明,充填结石体强度满足设计要求。

Abstract:The general situation of surface buildings above worked-out area in China is reviewed. The basic conditions of new residential buildings constructed at site above worked-out area at a mine are introduced. According to feature of the worked-out area, the technical measures of grouting filling for the worked-out area were taken. On the basis of engineering practice, the paper proposed the methods of determining of grouting filling technical technology and parameters and the detection methods of grouting effect. The technology is of reference value for similar engineering.
