| 摘 要： | 国内大型重载齿轮正在实现由软齿面向硬齿面的过渡。为了能对深层渗碳齿轮材料的接触疲劳性能进行正确的评价,为选材和制定热处理工艺提供依据,进行深层渗碳材料的接触疲劳试验方法的探讨是一个急待开展的工作。本文从试验设备、试样形状以及数据处理等方面进行研究,讨论如何确定合理而严格的试验方法。

| Abstract: | The large heavy-duty gears realize a change from soft surface to hardening surface in our country. In order to evaluate the properties of deep carburized materials correctly and to provide the basis of the selection and heat treatment. The urgent work is to investigate the method of contact fatigue test. This paper discussed the problem of test equipment, shape of specimen and data etc, so as to find a reasonable and rigorous experimental method. |
