完善治理商业贿赂法规探析

分析中国法律法规中有关明令禁止商业贿赂行为方面存在的局限并找出解决的对策:认为治理商业贿赂是一项复杂而艰巨的任务,当前有效治理商业贿赂的根本保障就是要制定专门的《反商业贿赂法》,同时抓住重点行业和重点领域,对突出的商业贿赂现象依法进行专项重点治理。

On the Improvement of the Regulations on Checking Commercial Bribery

This paper analyzes the limitations in the current laws and regulations in China stipulating the prohibition of commercial bribery and puts forward some solutions. It argues that to control commercial bribery is a complicated and tough task, a fundamental guarantee of which is to lay down a special Anti-Commercial-Bribery Law, focus on the key industries and fields so as to combat the prominent bribery in accordance with the law.
