油藏经营管理的人力资源规划模型研究

摘    要:人力资源规划是油藏经营管理的关键,以油气产量最大化为目标,成本、人员需求等为约束,建立了人力资源规划的随机机会约束规划模型,并给出了模型的混合智能算法.实例表明,模型、方法科学有效,为油藏经营管理的人力资源规划提供了科学决策依据.

Abstract:Human resources program is the key to reservoir management.A stochastic chance-constrained programming model is put forward for human resources program,which uses the maximum of oil output as objective and takes both cost and human requirement into account,and the process of its hybrid intelligent algorithm is provided at the same time.A real example testifies the efficiency of this method,which provides a scientific decision basis for human resources program in reservoir management.
