对射击运动员实施心理训练与指导的研究

根据射击运动的项目特点,采用心理测量法、个案分析法,选取江苏省方山射击基地的8名射击运动员进行了心理训练与指导。通过对运动员实施注意力集中训练、做好赛前心理准备预赛中心理调节,提高了运动员注意力集中水平,促进了技术动作细节部分的掌握,为技术训练的高水平发挥提供了良好的心理能力。

A Study on Psychological Coaching for Shooting Athletes

Based on the specialties and characteristics of various shooting events,eight shooting athletes from the Fangshan Shooting Range of the Jiangsu Province received a psychological coaching and practice by applying psychometric analysis and case by case analysis. Through training on mind focusing,psychological preparation before a competition and psychological adjustment during a preliminary round,they have significantly improved their ability to concentrate or focus the attention. As a result,trainees have gained better grasp of details of the technical steps and maneuver,and have equipped themselves with adequate psychological condition ready to fully promote their potential in reaching a higher level during the technical training.
