采煤机滚筒计算机辅助设计系统

摘    要:以截割理论为基础,通过对影响采煤机滚筒性能各因素的考虑,建立了采煤机滚筒的计算机辅助设计方法,介绍了采煤机滚筒计算机辅助系统设计软件及其内容、特点和工作过程;利用该软件可以设计新滚筒,也可以对已使用的滚筒进行改造设计,所设计的滚筒可以改善采煤机的截割性能,提高截割效率,增加机器的稳定性.图4,参5.

Abstract:The factors that affect on shearer drum cutting preformance were considered in making design software process. Based on cutting theory,computer aid design method for shearer drum was established ,its design software was described.The contents,characteristics and work process of this software,which can be used to design new drums and offer improvement on project for used drums,were discussed in this paper.The applied results of this design software show the cutting preformance can be improved,the cutting efficiency can be enhanced and the stability of shearer can be increased.4figs.,5refs.
