磁性药物微球的药物释放规律及磁定向规律研究

摘    要:磁性药物微球的组成直接影响其药物释放速度。当微球中固化白蛋白含量近接时,药物含量越高,微球的能性越好;药物含量相同时,固化白蛋白含量越高,药物的通透性越差。磁性药物微球的水悬浮液通过外磁场时的定位量随着介质流速的减小,外磁场的增强和微球中Fe3O4含量的产加而增加。增加分散质度时,球的定位量减小。

Abstract:The constitution of the microspheres affects the rate of the drug's release.The more the content of the drug in the microspheres,the better the premeation property of the microspheres when the contents of the stabilized albumin are the same roughly.The more the content of the stabilized albumin,the worse the permeation property when the contents of the drug are equal.When the microspheres flowing in an aqueous suspension are retained by the control of a magnetic field, the retention of the microspheres increases with the increasing of the magnitude of the applied magnetic force and the content of magnetite in the microspheres. The retention decreases with the increasing of the velocity of the flowing suspension and the viscosity of the medium.
