摘    要:利用通用有限元软件Marc/Mentat,采用二维弹塑性大变形有限元法,对粗轧过程中各道次温度场进行了数值模拟,分析了轧制过程中轧件温度场的分布和变化规律,并与实际结果进行比较,从而验证了计算结果的准确性.研究表明,轧件变形中,接触热传导和变形传热是影响温度变化的两个主要因素,二者的综合作用决定了轧件各点的温度变化规律,可以为指导实际工作提供相应的理论依据.图3,表1,参11.

Abstract:The temperature field of all pass in the hot rolling process was studied with the aid of two dimensional elastic-plastic and large deform FEM that using general software Marc. The distribution and change of temperature field in the rolling were analyzed. The model prediction of temperature field calculating agreed well with experimentally measured temperature and verified the accuracy of the research result. The result show contactheat conduction and deformation heat are the main factors that influence temperature change,and their synthetic functions determine the workpiece temperature changes on every node. This search provide reference for guiding the practice work.3figs.,1tab.,11refs.
