摘    要:悬浮扩散共聚法是制备高分子梯度折射率微球较为容易实施的聚合方法。为了制备出粒径大、圆度好、透过率和梯度折射率高的聚合物光学微球 ,本文首先系统地研究了影响苯乙烯及甲基丙烯酸甲酯悬浮聚合的因素 ,并做出了这两种单体不同引发剂浓度下的悬浮聚合时间与转化率曲线 ,为下一步通过第二种单体的扩散共聚合制备出折射率梯度较大的光学微球奠定良好的实验基础。通过对不同搅拌速度、油水比以及几种类型的悬浮分散剂的比较研究 ,我们发现 :在搅拌速度 1 50~ 2 0 0rpm范围内 ,采用部分醇解的PVA(醇解度 88% )作分散剂 ,控制溶液表面张力值在 60~65mN/m左右 ,并选择合适的油水比 (3~ 5) ,可以制备出透过率和圆球率高且粒径较大的聚合物微球

Abstract:Suspension-diffusion-copolymerization is a good method to fabricate polymer spherical gradient refractive index (GRIN) spherical lens. The factors that influence the suspension polymerization of polystyrene and methyl methacrylate were systematically studied. This will establish good experimental foundation for the next step preparing polymer spherical GRIN with big diameters, good sphericity ,high transmittance and high GRIN. The experimental results show that the diameters, transmittance and sphericity of polymer spherical beads are under the influence of stir velocity, surface tension, dispersing agent and the proportion ratio between the monomer and the water. The proper conditions for preparing with big diameters, good sphericity and high transmittance of polymer spherical beads have been described in this article.
