分子体凝胶驱油调剖体系性能评价和矿场试验

摘    要:为了提高注入水波及系数,达到深部调剖的效果,采用由聚丙烯酰胺和适当浓度交联剂组成的分子体凝胶调剖体系.通过岩心实验,测定残余阻力系数达到83.5;采用分子体凝胶+聚合物溶液组合段塞在非均质岩心上做深部调剖驱油实验,测定在初始水驱的基础上提高原油采出程度30%以上;在矿场试验中,通过大剂量的分子体凝胶+聚合物溶液组合段塞调驱,注水井吸水剖面大大改善,产油井含水率明显下降,采油量上升.说明分子体凝胶能够改善波及系数,增加水驱含油面积,大大提高原油采收率.

Abstract:In order to improve the sweeping coefficient of injected water and therefore to reach to the objective of deep profile control,the molecular gel system is used,which is composed of polyarylamide and cross-linking agent of suitable concentration.The residual resistance coefficient of the system measured through the core experiments reaches to 83.5.And the oil-displacement experiments with the combined slug of the molecular gel with polymer solution through the vertical heterogeneous cores are carried out,it is shown that recovery factor can be increased by more than 30% based on initial water flooding.The field test also shows that the oil-displacement system can greatly improve the water injection profile of injection wells,decrease the water cut of oil production wells and enhance oil production.
