| 摘 要： | 报道了在实验室条件下利用培养非病原微生物——枯草芽孢杆菌（Ｂａｃｉｌｕｓｓｕｂ－ｔｉｌｉｓ）和１５～２０ｃｍ土壤以下土壤培养物分别分解骨面软组织和消除骨内脂肪制备散骨标本的方法．结果表明两种培养物对脱净骨面软组织及骨内脂肪从而使骨洁白的效果均很好，用时短，骨洁白，省力节能，成本低，方法简便．
