| 摘 要： | 侵权行为适当法乃是涉外侵权行为法律适用发展所产生的一种法律适用规则，在实践上，以为一些国家所采纳，但其规则要旨与理论意义仍须进一步探讨，尤其在“适当法理论”视角下，侵权行为适当法的本质才能展现出来。
