| 摘 要： | 针对连续采煤机工作过程中的载荷波动问题,通过对连续采煤机滚筒截煤过程及其截齿受力状况的分析,研究了截齿处于截割断面不同位置时的滚筒瞬时载荷.提出了波动因数作为衡量滚筒载荷波动和工作平稳性的指标,建立了相应数学模型,并对螺旋滚筒瞬时载荷与载荷波动的进行了计算机模拟.为螺旋滚筒的进一步设计提供必要的理论依据.

| Abstract: | To the problem of load fluctuation when continuous miner was working.By analyzing the working procedure of continuous miner and the situation of forces on picks,studied the instantaneous load about helix drum when picks are at the different placements,created the mathematical model of load fluctuation and put forward the fluctuation factor and standard about the smooth of the working of helix drum.The instantaneous load and load function are simulated by means of computer program.Applied the necessary base of the theory for designing helix drum better. |
