| 摘 要： | 简要叙述了图书馆的外在属性和内在特点，指出计算机网络化的发展为优化高校图书馆信息服务体系提供了良好的条件。图书馆员必须抓住这一有利契机,提高自己的综合素质，丰富图书馆文献载体的信息含量，促使高校的办学、科研水平迈上一个新的台阶。

| Abstract: | This paper briefly expounds external natures and internal features of the library, and points out that the development of computer networking has provided good conditions for the optimization of the information service system of university library, the librarians must grasp this beneficial opportunity to improve their own comprehensive quality, enrich the information contents of library's literature carriers, and upgrade the school running level and scientific research level of university. |
