| 摘 要： | 视频的镜头边界检测是视频处理技术的根本和关键。它有助于建立一个层次化的视频结构，从而有利于提取有意义的视频内容。在学术界得到广泛公认的是，镜头的边界检测是视频分析、处理和应用中的第一步骤。视频的镜头边界检测，长期以来吸引了众多学者的关注和研究。文中设计了一个检测视频镜头边界的实验：首先，使用91MPEG视频解码器得到视频帧序列；然后，提取视频帧的RGB颜色空间特征；最后，运用阈值判别方法，来检测视频镜头边界的变换。
