| Abstract: | Criticism on plan is the springboard of comprehension of Hayek, therefore, we can catch his devotion to liberty and market economy. In the face of economy, plan is embodied in economy plan and planned economy. And in the aspect of politics, it is incarnated as totalitarianism. On the basis of the above aspects, Hayek proposes the view of the establishment of rule by law. |
