学分制下的高校教务管理

摘    要:教务管理是高校教学管理的重要组成部分,通过对高校一般教务管理模式的分析,结合近年来教务管理的探索和实践,提出学分制教学管理制度下教务管理新模式的主要特征,结合具体实践,阐述适应学分制条件下教务管理模式构建的内容、方法与途径.

Abstract:Educational administration is an indispensable component of teaching administration in a university.While credit-hour system is being implemented as the cornerstone of teaching administration among all modern universities,their educational administrations need to adapt themselves to the credit-hour based teaching system.It is the goal of this article to explore the appropriate modes and practical constructions of educational administration for a modern university.Based on the analysis of current modes adopted by many educational administration offices and the effectiveness of their practices in recent years,we discuss the characters that are desirable for credit-hour based teaching system.In conclusion,we propose the practical construction of the most appropriate educational administration mode for our particular university.
